The necessary prerequisite for working with success as the strategic partner of vehicle operators or manufacturers is the systematic qualification and development of our employees in research / development, production, quality management, sales, and commercial functions. We provide technical and commercial apprenticeship, offer specialist practical training and diploma dissertation opportunities, and generally invest in the targeted qualification of all our employees. Within the framework of trainee programs, graduates are acquainted with different enterprise units in the Diehl Group and gain experience by means of concrete tasks or projects that will prepare them for eventual promotion to a specialist or senior position within the company.

Our management trainees are supported and promoted individually via potential groups and included in our succession planning.
